Sayyad Pasha & Construction was founded in 2005 by Sayyad Pasha on a simple standard: every site is treated like the owner's own building. Since then the company has grown from small civil repairs into full industrial, commercial and residential builds across Chh. Sambhaji Nagar.

Today the team handles a building's entire lifecycle in-house — structural construction, heavy civil work, painting, epoxy flooring and fabrication — so clients deal with one contractor from foundation to handover, and beyond.
